The Setup: This is a single home that can sleep up to 10 guests. 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Bathrooms, with a private backyard.

Detailed Setup:

Bedroom #1: 2 full beds
Bedroom #2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom #3: 2 queen beds (1 bunk bed) and 1 single bed foldable.

We know how expensive it is for homes of up to 10 guests; therefore, we have done what other homes is our area cannot, which is Host up to 10 Guests at a Great Price, making it Affordable for your Stay.

This home is about 1046 sq ft and part of the "Minimalism Movement."
Minimalist Home: A minimalist home is calming, more appealing, and has what it needs without the excess space.
This home is located in Azusa, California. We use a keyless entry so you can check-in and enter at any time (no key needed). We will send you the private code prior to check-in.

*No noise after 10pm.

If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you.

2 vehicle parking spaces are available in the front of the garage. Street parking is available for additional cars if needed.

This home has a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, sink, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, and utensils. We provide towels to shower and face towels as well. The home includes four HD Smart-TVs, WiFi, and central A/C & heat.

You'll have 100% Privacy inside this Home. It is a Keyless Entry therefore, we will send you the Code and No need to Meet in Person.

F.A.Q’s, (Frequently Asked Questions) What We Provide and What you need to bring.

-Check-in is 3pm
-Check-out is 10am
-You can check-in any time after 3pm and as Late as you Want, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter.
-Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough. You can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm.
-Since we have to have our home ready for our next guest, unfortunately we can’t allow late check- out, I hope you understand.
-If you are looking for directions or locations it is best to look up "Trip Advisor" for things to do in the Area,"Yelp" for Restaurants, and " (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps" for directions to and from your destination (FREE Apps on your phone).
-We will send you All Information and Address Prior to your Arrival.
-We Provide CLEAN Sheets and Towels to all Guests upon Check-in.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: We will have a check-out procedure for you in our Welcome Folder.

-GARDENER WILL BE COMING EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY FROM 9AM TO 11:45AM

THEY WILL BE ENTERING THROUGH THE GATE, WHICH REQUIRES A COMBINATION CODE TO GET THROUGH.

Please note: There are 2 units on the property, each are private and independant. The home you’ll rent has access to park on the driveway and or street as well and private access to the back yard.
